PEPSI
CLIENT: PEPSI | INDUSTRY: Beverage | EVENT: Custom T-Shirts for Vending Machine Activation at Festival d'été de Québec
Pepsi aimed to create a unique and engaging experience by distributing custom-designed t-shirts via vending machines at Festival d'été de Québec.
They engaged Paranoid Creative Collective to produce high-quality custom t-shirts for the event. The project involved creating 500 cream-coloured shirts with a four-colour front print and custom labels, intended to meet Pepsi's high standards for quality on a rushed deadline.
The process began with a consultation to confirm the specifics, followed by sourcing and quoting to ensure the selected high end heavyweight ShakaWear shirts were available in the required colour and quantities.
Throughout the project, Paranoid Collective maintained close communication with Pepsi's team, ensuring that design files were finalized and production-ready. Test prints were conducted to guarantee quality, and physical proofs were reviewed and approved by the client. Despite the tight timeline, the production process was managed efficiently, with regular updates provided to keep the client informed.
The logistical aspects of the project were handled seamlessly, including the coordination of deliveries and the management of last-minute requests for test shirts to be used in vending machines. Paranoid Collective's ability to adapt to changing requirements and ensure timely delivery was a key factor in the project's success.
