Execution
Paranoid developed a detailed plan to meet UPS's requirements within the specified budget. The project involved:
Pre-Printing Phase:
- Screen-printed 2000 tote bags with the UPS logo off-site.
- Pre-printed 800 bags in two different colors (400 each) off-site.
- Ensured all bags met quality standards before the event.
- On-Site Printing Phase:
- Set up two presses and two heat presses at the event site.
- Employed skilled staff capable of handling high-volume printing and assisting attendees.
- Printed five unique keyline designs and three colors on-site.
- Managed efficient throughput, averaging 100 bags per hour, to meet the high demand.
